How can I fix my monitor if it is blurry?

My computer is windows 98 but still I dont know why my monitor all of the sudden becomes blurry. It is hard to read fine print on some pages.

ur monitor might be out dated. I had a ol packard bell monitor that took 30 min to warm up and then it was blurry and all messed up becasue of it's old age.
