Up to a point yes it does.

What is beautiful to one is not necessarliy beautiful to another. Your brain is telling you this, so by switching brains you would also switch bodies and make it beautiful how you see it!!

For example...... I am a large lady, if your brain was put inside my body, you would take one look at it and think OMG, I need to lose weight, so you would go ahead and lose it making it beautiful and acceptable in your way of thinking.
The outcome would be, that my body would then look like your body used to be, because you was comfortable with the way that looked.

Your body would still look more like your own. Theoretically, the only things that would change would be posture and aesthetics (like clothing, hair, etc.). While those two are very distinguishing characteristics, you'd likely not be able to tell at all if two people you knew swapped clothing styles and posture for a day. You'd probably just ask them why they were dressed weird and walking funny.

Now, if I surgically removed your face and replaced it with mine, and then put your face on top of mine, would I look more like me or you? I would look more like me - just as you would still look more like you! This is because bone structure dictates more about how we look than anything else - including your skin and your brain!

Library Girl: Identical twins look different with time because of the distribution of fat and muscle and the extent of their similarities in physical exercises. It has nothing to do with proximity. Proximity allows for the sharing of personality traits and aesthetics but thats about it.

Haven't you noticed how married couples tend to behave and look alike as they spend years together?

Yes it does, because identical twins look less and less alike the older they get.
