It's better to exchange it in the country you are heading to. It will probably be cheaper in the long run. Some countries charge a currency transaction fee besides that if you exchange it in the country you are going to, you are decreasing the risk of getting ripped off by the other country.

I'd wait until I get to country B, know what the exchange rate is before I go, if I'm using a translator/tour guide, ask them where is a good place to exchange, and use that place. I routinely travel to Russia and can get around 2 extra rubles per dollar when I exchange at there in Russia as opposed to the exchange rate the banks offer here. The exchange place here will make a profit based on America's concept of a dollar as compared to the exchange place in the foreign country making a profit based on their idea of money. And, in Russia, it currently is around 28:1.

If you can ride the bus without your particles ending up on rooftop 600 meters away .. I'd say, go to "B" country, and backtrack to A only if there's no alternative to getting out alive with a degree in Homeland Security.

i'm getting married in November, and that i'm all concerning to the Beatles and eighty's song. inspite of the actual undeniable truth that, our difficulty-loose restore replace into to borrow CD's from friends, and to fill in a sprint we also provided the perfect 5 copies of "Now Thats What I call song!" at a storage sale from some shmuck who actual paid complete fee for them. Its particularly lame, so we made powerful that each and each 3 songs replace into both a Beatles song, Frank Sinatra, or sweet techno song. It recognized to paintings particularly a lot.

Johannesburg is the cheapest major city of all, but for the life of me I don't know why you'd want to go there.
