No she doesn't. The reasoning for the stature is twofold.
First, she is REALLY REALLY SHORT and in order to not look so "short" compared to her bandmates she needs to look like she is slouching.
Second, its part of the artistry of the music video. How she is bogged down by all thats happened and how she is still standing but she can't deny it has taken a toll on her.
