How do you get the wheel studs in on a 1997 Plymouth voyager?

I broke off three studs removing the lug nuts. Now I can get the broken ones out just by knocking them out with a hammer. I can also get the new ones in but cannot get them to seat all the way. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I put some washers on the stud and reverse the lug nut so the flat part of the nut contacts the washers. Then I just tighten the nut until the stud fully seats.

I hope they gave you the right studs....try tightening them as much as you can....if they are still not seated then you must have run out of thread...therefore the wrong studs...make sure the wheel is on when tightening.
