Anyone can get a miscarriage; if you are a healthy woman and u eat right and exercise and are very careful, then u will probably be ok. If you doing unhealthy things, like drugs and all of that, there is a big risk. There's also a risk if you are young, like 16 or younger. There isn't really a way to prevent them that isn't common sense; just be healthy.

I worried tremendously about that ,the first 3 months are the worst. After that your risk of mis carriage goes down over 70%. Well some things you can do to help from having one is take your vitamins,no drinking or smoking, no major excersise, ..... Truthfully i think for the most part if your going to have a mis carriage your going to have one .Other than the obvious theres not much you can do, just pray.

Some miscarriages are totally random and are no fault of the mom's at all, to decrease the chances of miscarrying you should eat and sleep well and stay away from alcohol, caffiene and cigarettes and other drugs. I think alcohol and caffiene are okay in small doses but you shouldn't do too much of anything.

You can't really prevent it when it is going to happen. Just follow the advice of your doctor and don't worry so much. Enjoy being pregnant!

Just do everything your doctor says. Eat right don't do anything too strenuous, don't smoke, don't drink, get plenty of rest and go to all your doctors appointments. Also try to relax and don't get too stressed out about things you cannot control.
