mine is night when i dream and i realize that it's because i'm not focused on anything, but i can't rememeber half of them when i wake up

It depends, sometimes at night I come up with some pretty wacky and creative stuff and sometimes during the day I come up with stuff, at least that was how it was when I was in school, now it's pretty much just at night when I come up with stuff. I think it's because it's so peaceful and you(for me at least)realize you don't have to think about stuff, during the day you're mostly thinking about stuff that needs to be done and what you're going to do, but at night your brain let's go of all that and the creativity comes out.

If I've had trouble during the day. I solve them at night while I'm sleeping. But for a fresh thought. First thing in the morning while my mind is fresh and not clouded with the days thoughts

Ooh, nighttime, definitely! I do all of my writing sitting up or slouching in my bed on the laptop between 9:30 and 1:00.

at 2:30 -3:00 am it sucks! when i worked all night of course it had to be when i needed to sleep in the daytime like at 10:00 am grrr....

For me, at night is when I think the best. Probably since I don't deal with anything serious then. No one else is up to bother me with problems.

I don't have a set time, I noticed. It's simply a matter of when my muse decides to whisper something in my ear. I can't leave home without a pen and paper in my pocket.
