Get some ant baits from the grocery store and place them in and around your house. The ants eat the bait, carry the poison back to the colony, and eventually all the ants die. It takes a couple of weeks to take effect, so you have to be patient.
Best of luck to you, and God bless.

The old saying goes: "An ant will never cross a chalk line." I found that to be true. Also, if you find they are always in your sinks, keep the sinks clean of dishes until you find the place they are entering and are able to spray.

carpenter ants are like termites ...they will eat your house..so you should get your house inspected for termites/carpenter ants and get the necessary treatment...if you wait for a long period of time..the damage can be costly!!!

Put down cayenne pepper wherever you see they are walking. The pepper burns their feet and they can't stand it
