my girlfriend knee dropped onto my testicles a few days ago. Oh goodness they are so sore. The left nut is now the size a small apple while the other one remains normal in size.

Aw Chewy, I can't believe that you are asking this. Go to the doctor ASAP. When the boys are in pain you don't play around. The swelling 'lefty' is experiencing could be your body's natural cushioning reaction that often happens when an area experiences trauma. The swelling could also be blood pooling in the scrotum - which ain't a good thing. Try using an ice pack until you get there, but GO as soon as you can.

dude, this could be bad. its possible to get testicle cancer, this way. get it checked out.
