Physics is not a gift, but a purpose. We study physics to study how our nature works.

Is this even a question? Everything is a gift from God, especially your mind, and the ability to think and reason :) :) :)

In my opinion, yes.
Without physics, we might not know how alot of the stuff around us works.
Take centrifical force.
We probably wouldn't know what made us stick to the walls after the floor drops from under our feet after spinning around at a great acceleration.
But thanks to physics, we know it's because of centrifical force!
