Before doing anything else. pop along to your optician and make sure you are suitable to wear them first.
NEVER EVER buy them off the shelf.
You need to make sure that the water contact in the lens matches your eyes. Your eyes need to be measured too for base curve etc.
If you go to a reputable opticians, they should let you try different colours on. They will put a different colour in each eye and allow you to chose which you prefer. Try to go for a natural look rather than just a plain colour.
I would go for a deep brown or green to match your complexion. Don't forget though, if you are changing your eye colour, you may have to change your make-up too so you can enhance the colour using cosmetics!!
As for price, shop around a bit. There are many opticians who do special offers on coloured lenses etc and you should be able to get yourself a good deal.
Good luck

Sounds like honey color is perfect for you. Ask the doctor to get you a honey/ brown... kind of a light yellowish brown! This will give you such a wide variety of eyeshadow colors you can wear, and it will look amazing with your skin tone!

Brown is good for that, otherwise like a hazel would probably look good. Blue looks bad with light skin
