Why dont you get another 512mb as you obviously have one 512 and a 128

My ram is 1024 MB or 1 GB, thank you for asking.

4 Gb is better though.

If you are using an onboard screencard then you probably actually have 768Mb of ram of which 128 MB is assigned to the screencard, windows only reports that portion of the ram dedicated for OS use.

Interesting amount of memory, do you have a 512MB and 128 MB sticks. or 2x64 MB. I have 1 GB of memory. FYI... If your processors not that fast, then have tons of RAM is somewhat of a waste. Never mix RAM speeds!

I have 512 MB of RAM. Its usually enough to get the job done, until Windows decides to misbehave.
