Go to the sight called CNET and pick the tab called Downloads and download Limewire. I've had good luck with this one and it's free.

The flash drive is the easiest and best option. But if you don't wanna spend money... you can just email yourself the files and have them saved on your Yahoo! or Gmail folder. This works best with an email provider that doesn't have small limits on their email. Go get a gmail account.
