Er... Alkward.
First, send the girl home, then send the boy to his room. Take ten to fifteen minutes calming down. Go talk to him about responcibility, protection, and try to appreciate the fact that he did that at home rather then the street or somewhere dangerous... I said try, I mean, I don't think any one would be rational enough to really think about it...

I think they're old enough to be having sex. Having a talk wouldn't hurt, but more than likely they both know all that you could tell them. I would say she should at least make her son go in for a test for stds and stuff. Your coworker should definetly have a talk with her son's girlfriend's parents. They should work out a decision together.

Have both families come together and talk to them both. The coworker should confront the girl's family and inform them of what is going on.

As a mother and former teen...nothing. I mean by all means have a talk with BOTH of them about the dangers of STDs and pregnancy, but if you try ti discourage teens from having sex the will rebel and try to be "grown" and you'll be raising yet another child....your grandbaby
