Personally, I like the sound of an acoustic guitar more than an electric one...but if I had to choose the "coolest musical instrument" I would have to say the harpsichord....I have always thought it had such a unique sound.

I was one of those infant musical prodigies, and I could have had a wonderful career if I kept it up. My mother tells me that when I was just a baby, I would play beautifully on the linoleum, but it's been so long I've forgotten how and I haven't even been able to find one in an antique shop. I don't think they make them any more. I suppose I'd have to take lessons and all, but it would probably be expensive and difficult to find someone who could teach me.

It is a three way tie between the 5 string banjo, the accordian, and the harmonica.

I love all instrements to be honest my favorite is the tuba because they make such an interesting sound! I also like the marumba!
