I was wondering because I am the only person I know that liked this movie.

i was amazed at how much i loved this movie. it inspired my mother and i to take a wine tour through all of california and reflect on our lives. it was an amazing bonding experience and you learn much you might not have ever learned had you not taken a chance adventure. one of my favorite movies!

I actually met someone who liked it too!
I didn't think it was that good. All the wine dialogue bored me, even though I like wine.
For me, one of the best things about the movie is that the people looked and spoke like real people and not like the Hollywood types in just about every other movie.
Notwithstanding some stereotyping in "Sideways", it is rare when a movie shows characters whose sizes, looks (and plainness ) are like those of normal people.

One of the best movies I've seen in a while...they probably didn't like it cause there was no explosions or massive "celebrities" lol

Loved it. Every one of them should have been nominated for an Oscar. Paul Giamotti was robbed.

Loved it. And my hubby too. He was laughing so hard, it annoyed people. But you're right, I know quite a few who did not like it.
