it was late, like 2-3 am in the morning. i went to seven-eleven and bought a couple of stuff. at the check out stand , there was this cop, next to me.then he said' so i take it that u go to the collage just down the street' i looked at him(that was when i figured out he was a cop) and i saw the way he was leaning on the counter trying to look cool. then i said' no, i go to foothills, im in 7th grade AND im very tired' so he said,'o, where is that' so i take itthat he was very stupid cuz it was like 1/2 a mile away and next to a high school. that was wat i told him that. then he said, well dont u think its pass the state curfew, ur not allowed out' so i said, 'I DONT GIVE A F*CK, I LIVE IN THE APARTMENTS BEHIND HERE AND MY MOM SENT ME OUT TO BUY SOME OF HER D*MN MEDICINE!!!!!' i guess he was shocked cuz i screamed that in front of everyone just to make him go away. he then said ' i think ur tired, i think it would be a good idea to take u home.' so i said'I DONT NEED A F*CKING RIDE!!

How do you figure he was hitting on you? lol You must not get attention from many guys. Don't get all worked up, I'm pretty sure he wasn't interested in you. He made no comment that should bring you to that conclusion. Get over yourself.
Well, you're dumb for putting up such a stupid question. No one cares anyway. And he was fired, so why are you still bitching?

Personally, I think you need to do a couple things...
1) not talk to strangers & tell them your age
2) If it was a legitimate cop you should have said something like, "I am running an errand and am expected back now, I have to go." If he had an issue with curfew he could have talked to your mom. Don't answer questions about where you go to school, live etc.
3) Swearing and yelling are not going to make you tougher or older... if it was a creep... it really won't stop him from following you after you left. If you thought he was hitting on you then you needed to stay in the store, call your mom (even though she was sick and tell her the situation) and not walk home alone. You could have been kidnapped.

no he was not trying to hit on you. he was making a good point !!!! you are too young to be out that late and what kind of mother would send her child out to the store at such an hour ?? i think you are bored and just made up this question just to hear what people have to say.
but on the other hand - if you really have the vocabulary such as what you have stated and your mother really said what you said she said - i think it is time to put your mouth on 24/7 CURFEW and your momma needs to be slapped.
NICE JOB OF ADDING AFTER THE FACT !!!!!
IS IT HARD TO KEEP STORIES STRAIGHT OR WHAT ????????
and by the way THANK YOU FOR THE POINTS !!!
HAVE A GREAT DAY !!!!!!!!!!

I think you just like to use the f word. Probably none of this happened, but you needed an excuse to use filthy language. Your mother should be ashamed if your story is true that she let you out at that hour, she should be reported to CPS! And she should really be ashamed that you speak so disrespectfully, makes a person wonder what kind of talk goes on at your home?

I think you handled yourself very well. I think he was trying to hit on you. Anyone can be outraged like that. I don't even think there is a state curfew anyway. I also think you did the right thing by not taking the ride. I wouldn't go back there while he was working there though. He sounds like he's bored w/ his job and wants to hit on girls. That's so shallow, but people can be that way sometimes.

I think he started out concerned that such a young lady would be out at that time of morning alone. When you opened your foul mouth he became really suspicious and wanted to see what was going on. He probably thought you were crying out for help and followed you home to make sure you were okay. Stupid is as stupid does. At that point you brought it out in him when asked you for a drink. He probably got what he deserved but you need Jesus young lady!!!!!
You do not have to be foul to get your point across.

Sweetie,
you need to be careful. This creep was definitely hitting on you and I'm glad you made it home safe. I really don't believe you need to use such foul language, but it seems like shouting helped get rid of him. Next time, I would talk to the attendant at the store and make sure you have an escort home.

I think that the cop was hitting on you. No matter what time of the night is was. You did the right thing by standing up to him. Cause if you did not who knows what could have happened to you.

Yes I think you should report him he is a pervert. I wonder if he is a cop I know in Kansas if he is you need to stay far away from him. Even if its another cop I think you need to be very careful.

I am very sorry that you feel you were "hit on". I don't think you were. I think he was trying to figure out why someone your age was out at that time of night.
Knowing he was a police officer I am appalled at the way YOU talked to HIM. (Actually, that you would talk to anyone that way is appalling). I think he was doing his job, and you should have been grateful for his concern.
