You should check with your payroll department to find out if your company will run a test to ensure the financial institution receives your deposit. Most companies will send a $0.00 deposit for either one or two pay periods. You should check to see if they have the correct transist and checking account number. These can be found on the botton of your checks. The first number is the transit number and the second number is the checking account number.

It depends on your bank and on your employer. I have had it kick in as little as two weeks and as many as six weeks. Your best bet is to check with Human Resources
