it's call premature ejaculation....often happens to young men who are easily excited and overly eager.....if he masturbate alone, it's unlikely to happen because he knows how to control it....he needs more pratice to feel the point of no return. He needs to learn to slow down or stop immeditely if he feels like he's coming.

It is normal he just got really turned on! It will subside as he gets older! He can also masturbate in the morning when he wakes up and later in the afternoon when you have sex he wont have such a quick trigger!
