My father said his claim to fame was Woodstock 69... told me if I ever watch the documentary on it to look for the watermelon being rolled on stage. Says he carried that big ole thing thru the crowd and rolled it on stage at the end of a song. Given he told me over 20 yrs ago I never gave it much thought until I just watched a video from Woodstock and had to youtube that moment to see if he was bullshitting... guess he wasn't. Only thing that sucks is that it was dark and I couldn't make out if he did it but I'll take his word for it because my father never lied, he was a true to his word type of guy.
