Is there anywhere for me to volunteer in Osterburg?

I had quite a bit of trouble locating any of the usual places (hospitals, nursing homes, schools, city government, park districts, etc.) that one could volunteer for, located in Osterburg, PA. My best suggestion is to contact the fraternal orgaization listed, and see if their members can direct you to a business or organization that one of them is connected with for volunteerism opportunities.
