go into your junk mail (or spam) folder, hilight the mail you want to reinstate, and click on the *this is not junk* button or, in some mail boxes, the *reinstate* button

click on Email options, then under spam click block addresses, there will be a list of all of the blocked addresses, click on the one you want and then click, remove block.

If you know the email address....you can go into your email options link. put the email address in as an 'allowable' address.
