It sucked. It would have been awesome if WWE didn't have anything to do with it. Vince is funding it, so he also put's a lot of 'WWE things' like that little strip show in it. Another reason why it wasn't the same at all is because they do ECW the same night as Smackdown, so there are a lot of Smackdown fans at ECW. I wish Vince would take the WWE out of ECW and let Heyman do his thing.

It had a little too much wwe, but I think that is just so they can try and pull in the fans that aren't familiar with ECW. Give it time, once it gains popularity and moves off of Sci-Fi I think it will start to be more like the old ECW. And NO CHRIS JERICHO is not coming to ECW anytime soon. All that stuff about him joining ECW on Sci-Fi is about a movie he has premiering soon on that channel in which he plays a cyborg.

It wasn't you it was ECW. They had a character named the Zombie, he walk around the ring moaning until the Sandman came down and beat the hell out of him. And the fact that it was only one hour was a real let down. The first episode didn't live up to it's hype. Here's hoping next week is better. I hear they are bring back Chris Jericho!

It wasn't just you at all, my dear! I was extremely disappointed. The dialogue was majorly lacking, the matches were not exactly up to par (meaning, they were not classic ECW matches), and I also feel that much of the commentary was a complete and total bore. Hopefully, ECW will be able to get back into the swing of things...

It would have been better had the WWE writers were not writing the show. It should have returned to the Hammerstein Ballroom or the old Viking/ECW Arena, but the WWE wouldn't make money at either place.

Yes it totally sucked. I was extremely disappointed - they had been hyping the crap outta this show and it was a big letdown. They are trying so hard to ride the coatails of RAW's popularity by incorperating RAW superstars because their stars are scrubs. They hyped the crap outta the "new kurt angle" which didnt seem any different than any other match ive seen of his in the last 2-3 years.

It wreaked of McMahon's stupidity. If you want wrestling forget anything Vince is involved in. If you want humor and cartoon characters, tune in to McMahon's Wonderful World of Entertainment.
