Well Rumsfeld can get away with it for the same reasons the whole cabal is ripping this country off: there's no one to enforce the law - it is that corrupt on a widescale. And these people truly believe they are above the law.

You are referring to the report that said members of the FBI, along with Rumsfeld, received property taken from ground zero without the authorization of FEMA.
For those who don't know here is the article on FOX news, of all places. Hopefully, all those who received this property will come forward and admit they did wrong.
Fox News names Rumsfeld about 3/4 of the way down, if you want to check. Personally, I think Fox News does fair and balanced reporting, so I believe them.

Well...because...he's Donald Rumsfeld! He's not a regular person and regular rules don't apply to him. He's special. So...he has a special set of rules that apply only to him...until he gets tired of abiding by them. When this happens, he'll make changes in the rules to accommodate his...his 'specialness'. OK?!

I read an article like that, but I don't think it mentioned Rummy by name. It was about an outfit in Minnesota that had a bunch of stuff in a warehouse and it did mention that some government officials got some of it. SO your are not smoking. Yes he should give it back.
