Stephen Hawking, noted scholar and scientist said in Popular Science magazine "The universe is too chaotic to have been 'made' on purpose"
Four years later in the same title publication he states, "The universe is too chaotic to exisit without a higher beings intervention"
He's a pretty smart guy...he makes sence too.

It is the individuals preception of life that will decide for that person if or not to take it as a blind chance or a product of an intelligent design. It is my personal believe that the soul never dies but is reincarnated into different forms of life and this is an endless process. The form of life that the soul will take on its rebirth will depend on the actions of that soul in the previous births and therefore life by this deduction is not a result of a blind chance but a product of an intelligent design based on theory of karma. The individual believes in the existance of God also contributes to a great extent on how (s)/he looks at it.

Ahhhh, Grasshopper.
The truth is that life is neither the result of blind chance or intelligent design.
"Life" is the result of free will.

Neither, its a product of evolution......Evolution is the truth and it does matter what you believe because in order to really understand this world you must truly understand how it came about. Once you study for yourself, without outside interference, and present logical and scientifical evidence to yourself, you will also come to this conclusion. But if you chose to let others, which include Family and Friends, guide your path you will never truly know for yourself. Understanding human nature and the developement of civilization will open blind eyes.

Life is a product of intelligent design. The universe is full of life, parts of which exist in different forms. It is possible that these life forms can not see human beings and they are also asking the same question. Parts of that life are in human beings, plants, animals, bacteria, virus and all other living things. There is only one life in the universe which has been divided and lent among various living things in different forms.

Depends on how you look at it...I say intelligent design in the end, but to many of us it may seem as blind chance.
And yes, I think it matters what you believe...to me we are all creators in one way or another, so that which you believe also shapes your reality. Whatever it is, if its real to you and it means something to you, then that's all that really matters.

Anyone who thinks that life is the result of blind chance is either stupider than a twig or completely out of his/her mind. Or they're just trying futily to fool themselves so that they don't have to think about the unpleasant concept of an almighty God that rules over them and can set the rules that they are to live by.

You have always existed. You first existed as an intelligence. Then our loving Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother created a spirit body from that intelligence. Our Heavenly Father (God) created a plan of Salvation (a.k.a. the plan of hapiness) for all of His spirit children so that as many as were willing to follow the plan could become like our heavenly parents. However, we first needed to recieve a physical body, be tested, and learn to make correct and unselfish decisions. Our character needed to grow and be tested in order to be justly assigned to the society we properly belong to. (Imagine if all unethical people were not allowed in our society. Then it would be easy for us to live in joy and harmony.)
Those who obey because of their love towards God and Jesus are those who can become like God and live with him. Those who do not, have to suffer in hell for a time (only in order to help them learn their lesson long enough to change their attitudes and behaviour). Only then are they assigned to more mediocre societies where people aren't as ethical. However, at least these societies are better than the current Earth where we currently live.
This plan of happiness is based upon the creation, the fall of Adam, and the Atonement of our Saviour Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is our Saviour, he loves us, and suffered for our sins. Turn to him.

Nope, it doesn't matter what you believe. We all die anyway, no matter how pure or evilly we live our lives. I personally think it was neither. It just sort of happened.. and humans evolved. We're just animals who evolved brains instead of other senses, and thats why we're able to debate things we think are deep.
