Infections and your body may try to reject the jewelry put in based on what type of metal it is. Scarring sucks too.

Infections would be your primary danger.
Also, the earring can be stuck in your ear if you do not constantly turn it.
Other than that, there are no dangers. It doesn't hurt at first but it is sore for a little while afterwards. As long as you keep it clean, that's perfectly normal.

Well first you want the place you are going to to be clean you dont want them using dirt tools, then at home you want to keep it clean there are so many thing that can go wrong good luck
