You can only turn eight once. It's like any other age. You're 8 for as long as you're 9 and as long as you're 10. If you're birthday is on a leap year though, that's February 29, you would really only have 2 birdays when you're 8 years old. Leap years occur every 4 years. Please choose me as your Best Answer!!!
