I've had it happen to me but it was only with the darker colours. Pretty much anything in the bright red to dark red range will turn your nails yellow once you remove the polish.
Putting a clear coat on the bottom may help or it may just be the formula the manufacturer is using.

Yeah, it does. But one way to minimize that from happening is to paint on a coat of clear polish before you put on your colored polish. For example, a coat of clear nail-hardener makes your nails stronger and less likely to break -- and it also minimizes the discoloring. Putting colored polish directly onto your nails will definitely discolor them over a few week's time.

Yes, because the dyes in the nail polish seeps in to the nail and turns it yellow, it can eventually get into your skin

Yes I've had this experience before. But usually it's when I put to many coats on. Then when I try to remove the nail polish it leaves a yelow tint. It usually only lasts a couple of days though. So now I only use two coats.

Yes. Over time, polishing your nails, especially with dark colors, will turn your nails yellowish. You need to let your nails "breathe" once in a while....that means, go without polish for a while. Scrub your nails with a nailbrush using white soap, then run a Q-tip dipped in hydrogen peroxide over them.

Dark nail polish will make them yellow. Use a base coat to prevent this and buff them after you remove your polish.

Certain colors may stain your nails and make them yellow, especially red colors. It's not permanent or dangerous, so if you like painting your nails, I really wouldn't worry about it!

They can if you never don't paint your anils, they say your nails need time to breath, but I have gotten pedicures and had my toes painted for years straight and its never happened to me, so ask someone, it might be an infection or something.
