I need help with buying a webcam, because I bought a Philips webcam from Wal-Mart and it just doesn't give good video feed. The colors and brightness just looks weird. I want a webcam that will make me look like me instead of weird colors and stuff. Could anyone please tell me of a good webcam that is affordable? Thank You!!!

This may sound a little strange, but I think the best webcam for the price is actually not (initially) a PC webcam.
It's the Playstation 2 Eyetoy webcam - and YES it WORKS on a Windows PC with XP no problem.
It has great resolution and good non-blurry framerate for crisp clear pictures in most any lighting. Get the silver model if you can as it is the most recent I think - some of them even have a removable wide-angle lens as well which lets you see more of your room.
You can probably find one on eBay for $5-15 - much cheaper than the decent logitech ones. Just buy a used one from eBay or at the video game store at your mall and plug it into your USB on your PC and then follow instructions like these:

and in 2 minutes your webcam is ready for anything! ;-)
Plus it lets you play motion-controlled games like the flash games at http://www.playdocam.com/ and the cool basketball cam game at http://www.playdojam.com/ .

Dont buy the cheapest ones like 10-15 dollars but you usually dont need to buy the 70 to 100 dollar ones i have a 30 dollar one and it wont get any awards for best picture but people will get a clear picture of your face and it even has a built in microphone on it so thats all you need to chat online.
