I was under the impression that polygamy was banned--and not that many years ago. I know that there is still this type of thing going on--but it is illegal.

the only ones who gain by such a law would be the man!!!!and besides most men these days cant afford one wife , letalone many wives.... dream on,,,!!!!! it is not going to happen.

I wouldnt like it if my husband had more than one wife, but that is their decision.

sure if women can have several husbands as well. one for sex.. one for the garbage... one to mow the lawn. and all of them handing over their pay checks.
