Yes. Some is good, some bad, some indifferent. If you go to a library, you'll be able to find some in English translations. Often, the viewpoint is strange to us, but as in most literature, you learn so much about a culture and it's very exciting. If you want some story lines/plots of books I've read, ask about it in your next question. This one is too nebulous for others to know what you're looking for.
