I have naturally dark circles under my eyes and I hate it. I feel it makes me look older then I am. A good cover cream is the only thing I can suggest (just don't use too much). I use Maybelline Cover stick. Just dot it two or three times under your eyes and blend it. Get a shade that's lighter then your foundation, it makes your eyes look brighter. Another trick is lining inner corner of your eyes with a gold eye pencil, it looks really good, and gives a good subtle brightness to your eyes. Everyone I know that I've told about the Maybelline Cover Stick loves it. It does wonders for dark circles.

Start getting some sleep first. Then I have to recomend this product becuase it truly really does work. You can see results within a 4 to 5 days. Arbonne makes the eye night cream and day eye cream. You can only order it online though. Let me know if you want more info. ONLY pure safe and beneficial products.

Try using St. Ives Eye and Face Stress Gel. I use it at night and in the morning before I put on makeup. It helps to minimize the dark circles. You can also use wet tea bags. Make sure they are not decaf, it's the caffeine in them that helps.

Hey... Sorry it took so long, I have been really busy... Here is the stuff.. it is really expensive. Maybe you can get your 'rents to pay for it and defiantly shop around. It's called Hylexin.
Here is the corporate website that will offer some info.
http://www.hylexin.com/
Here is an amazon price that will save you 5 bucks.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000EI882U/104-9299719-4199954?v=glance&n=3760911
You can't get this stuff in stores. If you use it let me know how it works. Most people I know that have tried it love it. My email is ricodiva@yahoo.com. Put hylexin in the subject.

take a cold spoon and hold it against your eye before applying make-up
it makes them less puffy and brings blood to the surface so the circles go away
