I'm creating two cascasded networks (using two networks) 192.168.1.0 and 192.168.2.0 using linksysrouter linked to other router I can access internet from both (2) network but I cant access local pc's

Chances are you need to configure the 2nd router, the one that separates 192.168.1 and 192.168.2, with the proper access lists. That would be the case if you have the 2nd router's WAN interface connected to one of the LAN ports on the first router. You might be able to relax the built-in firewalling type of features by using the 2nd router's LAN port instead. Also, make sure you have the proper static routes configured on each. That is, on the first router have a static route to 192.168.2.0 and on the 2nd router have a static route to 192.168.1.0 with the appropriate next hop addresses.
