You could try each of them for a year --- you'll find which one you like best and then you'll have your answer. Personally, I would say agriculture because it's the largest and most profitable industry in the world and thus you will easily find a job and make good money.

Depends on what your good at and how well you enjoy do what you do. Personally Philosophy is good, But I would love to be an Athropologist. if you are a farmer then ag is ok but I would stick to what you want to be based on what I said in the first sentence.

Pick 6 colleges/universities and look at the faculty positions available right now. Pick the one that has the most listings for jobs.
