Perhaps both.
The two are not necessarily mutually exclusive.

The Big Bang and some all-powerful being (God) are compatible. Belief in one does not preclude the other. Only the religious fundamentalist wackos insist that all the scientific evidence for the Big Bang is wrong and that God alone created the universe. What these loonies are too stupid to realize is that it's perfectly reasonable and even logical that some ultimate force (God) touched off the Big Bang, or at the very least made such an event possible.

God. Die and you will see.

If big bang was true, I would see this world as full of hate and murder and only the strong survive. There would be no love, patience, understanding.

But because we have things like welfare, and health care and the abilty to save lives rather than just let people die for no reason. We have feelings, and emotions. These are things that animals do not have. So if we just crawled out of the sea, why is it we are the only animals that have these feelings? The ability to think freely and hands to create with?

There has to be something more. God law. Something so pure and loving. Something to give us hope. Arabs have no hope. they are willing to follow a false God that incites death and destruction. Why is that? If they belived in Jesus would they still be fighting after 2000 years?

my 2 cents. I belive.

Big Bang is kind of explosion which exploded in universe LOL! See, the matter in the Big Bang was all antimatter (as it originates in the absolute vaccum) Now, no one has any answer that from where the anti matter came. Moreover the universe was infinite (it is even now) and antimatter particles had enough space to scatter in the universe LOL! But, why DID they come together at a particular time and came so tightly that they exploded?

this is where God's Role come into play LOL!

Staunch atheist here.

So Big Bang obviously; though the theory's not quite there yet. I fully expect there will be an explanation for how the event got started in the first place that has nothing to do with religion or superstition.

GOD definitely.. even if you believe the Big Bang, you have to think, where did all the stuff come from to create the world?? It had to be created by some greater force.. It's easier to believe that than to believe that all the dust and rock just started coming out of no where, right??

Big Bang.

I just simply do not believe in God, because no one has yet proven him to be there... Properly.
I just rely on scientifical means of discovery...
