Tie a rope to two horses and have them pull. Other wise just wait and give it time. I was your way once too and after it was all done I grew to over 5' tall.

are either of your parents about that tall? if so you may have just inherited that trait. and you could eat more beef, the animals have growth hormones and there is residual amounts in the meat you eat. so I'd say start eating good steak and do lots of stretching.
but to tell you the truth with a little heel putting you at about 5'1".
that is plenty. don't think the average height for woman globally is more than 5'4", so you are not that much shorter than most women. plus as you get older it will become an advantage believe it or not...a lot of men prefer ladies who are petite and not jumbo sized:)))
I'm sure you are fine....but hey have some steak anyway! Mmmmm. (and if you're really worried about it go to an endocrinologist)
Be Proud of who you are....you are more than just a number.
A smile is WAY more important when people look at you, plus if you have a big heart that will win out over anything!

Your final height is predetermined at birth. A doctor can actually X-ray your hand, measure the space between joints in your fingers, and give you a pretty close number as to how tall you will eventually be. Not much will change that. In order to make sure you reach your full height potential, make sure you eat right and get exercise (no hardcore weightlifting, though). And bear in mind, some people acheive a growth spurt very early, while others can have it much later during adolescence.

You could try by drinking more milk, eating more veggies and meats, exercising (stretching and walking), simple stuff like that....and if that doesn't work for you, then if you really want to you can talk to your parents and doctor and they could give you a shot (of something, I dunno what though) and it will make a person grow taller. It depends on how much you take for how much you will grow. But people that get it done turn out fine afterward. So, if you would want to do this, it's worth a *shot*.

The only way to grow taller is to stand on your tippy toes.
At least you'll be able to reach the peanut butter jar at the back of the cupboard, angel.
