What does happen when in one group every match ends up with 0:0?

Then everyone has the same points and the same goals.
Somebody told me that they'd have to play again, but then the eightel final would be later. :/

Only in the first round is possible for a match to end in a tie, that's because the round is pay with the league system, each team playing one match against each of the other teams in the same group, with three points for a win, one point for a draw and none for a defeat.
From the round of sixteen, quarterfinals, semifinals, play-off for third place and final will all be played in accordance with the knock-out system: there will always be a winner: that means if after the regular time we have no winner, then the teams will play extra time, if the teams are still level, then the winner will be determine by penalty kicks.

Back to the first round:
The rules for the ranking of each team in each group will be determined as follows:
a) greatest number of points obtained in all group matches;
b) goal difference in all group matches;
c) greatest number of goals scored in all group matches.
If two or more teams are equal on the basis of the above three criteria,their rankings will be determined as follows:
d) greatest number of points obtained in the group matches between the teams concerned;
e) goal difference resulting from the group matches between the teams concerned;
f) greater number of goals scored in all group matches between the teams concerned;
g) drawing of lots by the Organising Committee for the FIFA World Cup

Assuming that in a group every match ended in 0-0, then the luck will decide the winner and runner-up, there will be a draw of lots by the Organising Committee for the FIFA World Cup
