I love the OLD Green Day better than the new Green Day...they changed a little bit they're still icons. Despite that...they are still a good band that many many MANY bands look up to.

I have about 30 Green Day songs on my ipod. I've always liked them from the early 90s til now and I think 10 years from now their songs will be considered classics.

They're like one of the best artist, and I still like them even though they're out of mainstream!

i have loved them since 1993 when i was 14 and my brother gave me a record (yes i said RECORD not cd) of kerplunk.
i bought their cd dookie the next year.
i have been to 13 green day concerts and took my son last year to his first concert: GREEN DAY of course!
i was there in 1994 when green played the whiskey a go go in hollywood with rancid on new years eve.
i have all the import bside singles
know all the words to every song
sang onstage with them in 1996 (when billie brings a fan onstage, he chose me!)
I LOVE GREEN DAY!!!!

Not really. They used to be cool. But now their music is all political and liberal/communist. Not to mention that they completely sold out. Read this quote from them: "It really means alot when our music is played on pop radio" Is that not completely sellout? And that quote was from the Grammys, I believe.

i live, breath, and drink greenday lol
theyre my favorite band. i have posters all over my wall of the band, and i learned how to play 2 greenday songs on the guitar -- basketcase, and brainstew.
anyway, right on. you have good taste :)
