I have a friend who was displaced by the flood waters from hurricane Alberto...?

She doesnt get upset like I thought she would when I call her refugee. Why is that?

Just dont tell her that i caused the hurricane... I snuck into a big governmental building at a location that i can not say, i saw their weather controlling devices and tried to make it rain tomorrow at my house... didnt really go as planned... SORRY EVERYONE!!
