I think Doc Ock is way more powerful! The claws he has are awesome! he is probably Spiderman's most evil arch nemesis!

Both depend too heavily on their machines, Doc Ock was controlled by the claws so without them he is nothing, where as green goblin is just plain evil.
Also his glider and pumpkin bombs are more powerful and manouverable, cant wait for venom and the sand man in spidey three though! :P

I think Doc Ock because he is a scientist, and he had a vision, and a power he thought he could control but couldn't.
