The whole sagging pants phenomenon comes from jail. Wardens make the inmates not wear belts so they can't be used as weapons. The extra large sizes are so it's easier to have a romantic rendezvous in between the guard's rounds. About 15 years ago hip hop culture began to be marketed as thug culture and jail was and is looked on something that is desirable. Jailbirds sag their pants, so the thugs on the street sag their pants, so wiggers in the suburbs sag their pants.
Yes, it looks stupid and juvenile. But it's stupid juveniles who sag their pants. Eventually they pull up their pants and get a job, or they are in jail themselves. And a whole new crop of idiots are sagging their pants. It's been that way for well over a decade now.

Haha, thats true, but unfortunately NOW the cool thing to do is for guys to wear tight girl jeans, at least in my school. I think we should all just buy clothes that fit!

They probably are not the sharpest knifes in drawer. They do not realize how goofy they look. The irony is that they think they are the coolest things since penguin poop.

i wear mine pasy my waist cuz i got big thighs n it helps me look skinnier
