I believe it is due to the number of people it kills, however, heroin and meth also ruin lives in large numbers. Your thoughts??

I put it 3rd behind meth and heroin and ahead of cocaine.
Meth is SO much worse than anything else, even heroin, that it almost belongs in it's own category. I like drugs, but if you're gonna do meth, just take some rat poison and save some time. I've seen first hand what it does.

Even though alcohol is addictive, it's nowhere near as addictive as meth and other drugs. Plus it doesn't affect the body near as fast as meth does. It takes only a short amount of time for meth to turn a normal goodlooking person into a toothless skinny ruined person.

No, because if the same number of people did meth as the number of people that drink, like half our country would die.

well I don't think it's the absolute WORST, but it is a lot worse than some drugs that are illegal and never killed anyone. and people who tell you don't do illegal drugs but they drink a lot of alcohol are hypocrits....the lady across the street from me died of alcohol poisoning on christmas eve. Some people in my family got drunk and decided to rob a bank. I've heard of young kids dying of alcohol poisoning including an 8 year old given it by their father, my stepfather was an abusive drunk, people get angry and do stupid things when they're drunk so I do think it's very bad

I think alcohol is the worse drug ever due to the fact that it is readily available and acceptable to the community there fore ppl think it is OK to drink till your mind is content there are so many deaths due to drunk driving,alchol poisoning,even passing out and chocking on your own vomit is a normal cause of death in alcoholics,liver malfunction, heart problems, you name it and they all come from alchol abuse. I agree there are a lot of problems with other drugs but not as many drug addicts in America or the world as their are alcoholics. And many of the alcoholics CAN'T stop because they are ADDICTED.

Nah, I'd say arsenic is pretty bad. It is commonly found in crack and meth and LSD.
If a person is determined enough, one can kill oneself by drinking too much water!

It is the worst man made drug,
But insensitivity is the worst overall drug and it seems to be really easy to be addicted to it.
