I am sure I can come up with more that I just cannot think if right now. There were quite a few shows that I liked that just got cancelled too soon, IMO.
The problem with resurrecting a lot of shows is that in a lot of cases the original actors will not be available, or are much older now and would not suit the part they originally played. Some might be OK showing the characters that were teens on original shows as adults, some just might lose the "feel" they had by showing them as adults. And most would never work with new actors in the parts.

Alfred Hawthorn Hill better known as Benny Hill is dead. The show wouldn't be same with out him.
I would love to enjoy more of that busybody broad and her henpecked old husband on, "Keeping Up Appearances."
