You cannot buy a complete rebuild kit from any source that i am aware of. HOWEVER.......You need to go to your friendly local Honda dealer and get the following parts.
Float bowl gaskets (4)
Needle/Jet sets (4)

Disassemble the carbs, but DO NOT REMOVE FROM THE RACK!! Otherwise you must get the carbs sync'ed again, and unless you have a set of carb sticks,(about $50.00) you will not get the balance right.
Clean EVERYTHING! Use compressed air to blow any carb cleaner from any small orifaces, or use a single strand of copper wire(speaker wire works great. Unravel a single strand)
to clean jets and other holes.
Make sure you buy a service manual for the machine in question as it will have exploded diagrams (pictures) to help you during the re-assembly process.
Be sure to pay careful attention to the mixture screws when removing them. They should be set to the same number of turns.
Set the screw down gently snug, counting the turns it takes to seat them.(usually 1 1/2 - 2 turns from the bottom ).

try sirius consolidated, K&L or search for vintage Honda forums which often have a wealth of resources and parts suppliers who sponsor the forums. Sirius Consolidated often has carb kits listed on ebay.

I get a lot of my parts from www.denniskirk.com They don't have everything I need but what they do have saves me hundreds of dollars and I have never had a problem with the parts. I have found some very hard to find parts there so go check it out and see if they have what you need.

They don't have "rebuild kits". You'll have to buy each part individually.
