Something is not bad because it's illegal. I currently consider most of "legal" drugs bad. In fact I believe the pharmaceutical world is by far the largest drug pusher in the world. Sadly some doctors have now become more attached to their big incentives from certain drug makers than the true well being of their patients.

Of course. There are "legal" prescription drugs out there that are approved by the FDA and then found to cause death and disability. There are also "legal" prescription drugs that are abused as much or more than street drugs. The worst thing about illegal drugs is their formulary. You never know where it was made, who made it or what it might contain that will kill you or cripple you for life.

As long as they did not hurt anyone else while using them. Alcohol is legal, and its killed hundreds, why should drugs be any different. By the way I drink, but havnt touched drugs in about 6 years, I grew out of it.

I don't believe they are bad now and that wouldn't change if they were legalized. It seems odd to me that people would overlook the bad effects of legal drugs (e.g. alcohol, cigarettes, prescription medications) but classify others as "bad." Anything that is harmful to the mind and/or body is clearly unhealthy, regardless if it's okay'd by the law makers or not.

Yes but we all have choices and if some one wants to poison their body then let them. It is a new form of natural selection. You weed out the gene pool for the rest of humanity by getting ride of some of the stupidity.

I dont consider them that bad now. They arent for me, but I dont think that the government should be telling us what we can or can not do to our own bodies. Its one thing to force drugs on someone else, but its another thing to try and do them because you feel the interest to.

To be honest I think if you want to get high and you don't have to take care of your kids or your not doing while your at work or when your driving who cares I don't use drugs but it seems like we could spend the money that our government uses fighting drugs in better ways like education for starters thanks for getting me thinking

Don't consider them bad now though I don't indulge now, it's dumbasses that give drugs a bad name by and large.
