Definitley the Detroit Lions! They are pathetic and won't win a Superbowl until long after I'm gone from this earth.

Cincinatti Bengals - lost 2x to 49'ers
Jacksonville Jaguars - never made it
Indianapolis Colts (won as Baltimore Colts)

San Diego Chargers - lost to 49'ers
Philadelphia Eagles - lost to Raiders & Patriots
Detroit Lions - NEVER , NEVER, NEVER
Minnesota Vikings - lost 4X
Atlanta Falcons - lost to Broncos
Carolina Panthers - lost to Eagles
New Orleans Saints - Never
Arizona Cardinals - Never
Seattle Seahawks - Streelers got "1 for the thumb"

Detroit...I would say 49ers in second..maybe Houston, but they will get the 1st pick in the draft for about 2-3 more years lol...Detroit will just win 3-4 games a year for the next 60 years.
