The highest score is 6 points, and it's a tie between:
Ecuador, Germany (Group A)
England (Group B)
Argentina, Netherlands (Group C), and
Portugal (Group D)
Pending to play Australia, Brazil, Korea and Spain. Any of those team could also reach the 6 point mark.
At the end of the first round, any of these team could end up with 9 points the maximum points possible. After this round, there will not exist any more points. The matches will be played under the knock-out system, and there always will be a winner.

1.Brazil↲2.England can win if they stop self destruction of taking key games into penalties. remember Italy in 2006? They beat the germans smartly knowingly germans you cant beaten on penalties.↲I also would tip Italy to win but if they make semifinal. But the Argentina or Spain can go there and steal the 2010 WC show.
