Try drinking prune juice, eating grapes, excercising. Cut out bananas, rice, and other starches. Also....there are laxatives on the market to help.

it's all about diet..increase in take of water....food with high fiber like bran cereals...green leaf vegetables....

eat a bite of fruit with your meal every meal, i eat a few bites of peaches or nectarines with each meal every other bite a piece of fruit, cantaloupes work well for me too! when i don't eat the fruit i can't poop, i strain until i bleed!

there is a bowel disorder that could be the cause i think its verticulitis or something like that
