Go for a walk or do yoga. Some yoga poses (particularly bends and twisting poses) increase blood flow to the bowels and stimule the muscles "down there."

Try drinking prune juice, eating grapes, excercising. Cut out bananas, rice, and other starches. Also....there are laxatives on the market to help.

eat a bite of fruit with your meal every meal, i eat a few bites of peaches or nectarines with each meal every other bite a piece of fruit, cantaloupes work well for me too! when i don't eat the fruit i can't poop, i strain until i bleed!
