It's the ONLY real way. all these fad diets are only temporary solutions at best designed to make someone lots of money!
Their is no avoiding it, you simply have to get off your *** and do something about it. that is quite possibly the hardest part especially as people these days tend to lack self discipline and give up too easily.
Find a form of exercise you enjoy and it shouldn't be a struggle to stick to it. Once you start seeing and feeling the benefits it gets easier as you want more.

Weight Watchers is excellent because you can eat whatever you want just in smaller portions it doesn't even feel like a diet you just become more aware of portion sizes. The key thing is to excercise with whatever diet you try

Yes........eat healthy organic fruits and veggies....avoid fast foods and sweets....and eat moderate meals 4-5 times a day, and excercise.....That's really THE only diet the REALLY works and is healthy in the long run! Don't do the pills and all that crap, it only works for a short time and you'll feel like crap.

Eat the foods you like, but smaller amounts.... there is no point in eating salad & rice cakes, if you don't like salad and rice cakes!! But be sencible, & also don't snack between meals!!
...and as stated many times in your compiled answers..exercise more, by doing something you like...or even just start walking instead of using the car (if you have one).
Do both with a friend...peer presure and a sence of compitition works wonders!!!

i like weight watches really easy to follow its all done by a point system depending on your weight as the weight comes of the points go down

i've always found the rice diet good, you can read about it in the book "the rice diet solution" and to answer your question, no, you aren't just eating rice, the title is misleading.

Well, if you eat a lot of junk foods, and stuff with a lot of carbs, like pizza, then stop eating it, i do it and it is easy to keep up with and follow.
