What did others say and think about Elliott Yamin during Hollywood week, particularly the Idol finalists?

I know he got a round of applause for being the best in his group performance, which is when he was first identified, but I'm curious to know what others in the competition have to say.

i loooove elliot yamin!!!! in my opinion...he had the best vocals for the males. he couldve worked on his dancing and moving around but that voice....beautiful and so controlled....best i've heard on that show in a long time.
